This is different, the family is in the process of selling the home where we have lived for 20 years.
We have a new home we have purchased and are selling the current house and it looks great.
I can't remember doing as many chores and improvements in a short amount of time, and it is amazing how great everything looks. I'm working on fixing the sprinkler system which is going to be a little tricky since I have spent about 20 hours working on the system over the last year. I'm going to try something new and we'll see how it works.
